Francis Cordelia Soileau Hanks Stark
Francis Cordelia Soileau Hanks (b. March 18, 1851; d. June 26, 1948) first married William "Billy" Hanks on Nov. 8, 1873 in Opelousas, Louisiana.
Her second husband was Rufus A. "Ike" Stark (d. Feb. 13, 1936). She is buried at Elizabeth Memorial Baptist Church Cemetery, near Branch, Louisiana next to her second husband, Rufus A. "Ike" Stark.
