There appears to be a large group of students from Rapides Parish attending the Louisiana State Seminary of Learning in Jackson, East Feliciana Parish, back in 1867-68.   As a former resident of Pineville & Alexandria (Bolton-1953, La College-1960), many of those names appear to be of well known families of Rapides Parish.
