We are researching the family of Laurent DESHOTEL (DESHAUTEL) , and Celsete (Celestina) JANNOT who was born 29 March 1800, in the Rapides area. We know two of their children are: Julie "Judy" DESHOTEL, who was born 12 October 1812, and married John WILSON, the other was Gabriel DESHOTELL, born 27 Oct. 1832, who married Marie CROOKS.
